Every Titans pick made by Jon Robinson going into 2022 NFL draft

A look at every pick made by Titans GM Jon Robinson since 2016.

With the 2022 NFL draft just days away, there has been plenty of conversation about what the Tennessee Titans will do, and about what general manager Jon Robinson has done during his time in Nashville.

Since taking the job in 2016, Robinson has drafted six classes, the most successful of which was by far the 2019 class. However, Robinson has managed to find good players in every class he’s responsible for.

Having said talent stick around for a second contract (or even a fifth-year option when it comes to first-round picks) has been difficult, though.

Not a single first-round pick from 2016-18 is still on the team, and of those four players, only one had their fifth-year option exercised, and that was Adoree’ Jackson, who was released before playing out the final year.

Thankfully for Robinson, it looks like his bad streak of fifth-year options is coming to an end, as Jeffery Simmons’ is expected to be exercised by early May, and a contract extension should follow by 2023.

Of the 43 players drafted by Robinson, 19 of them are still on the team, but 10 of them are from the last two draft classes, both of which haven’t had much success early on.

Now, here’s a look at every pick made by Robinson since 2016 (note: players in bold are still with the team).
