Eighteen Ohio State men’s volleyball players honored as MIVA Academic All-Conference

Eighteen of the twenty Ohio State men’s volleyball players were honored as MIVA Academic All-Conference.

The Ohio State men’s volleyball squad has twenty members on the squad. Eighteen of them were honored as MIVA Academic All-Conference. That’s flat out getting it done in the classroom. We don’t have the numbers, but according to the release from the athletic department, it’s tops in the conference. I mean, 90 percent is kind of elite.

To qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.0 or better grade point average after the conclusion of the spring semester.

All eighteen of the Ohio State honorees include the following:

Tyler Alter, Samuel Clark, Reese Devilbiss, Austin Gerwig, Andrew Hillman, Justin Howard, Shawn Hughes, Martin Lallemand, Luke Lentin, Luke Meidel, Parker Mikesch, Robbie Murphy, Sean Ryan, Jack Stevens, Ethan Talley, Matt Tompkins, Jamie Wolmering and Michael Wright.

Congrats to all of these young men for getting it done in the classroom, and on the court.
