Dobbs’ highlight run extends Vikings lead

What else needs to be said about Josh Dobbs? Every week, it’s a brand new highlight.

Josh Dobbs’ latest highlight had the quarterback run it in from ten yards out to extend the Minnesota Vikings lead against the Denver Broncos to 17-9.

Rocket Man is an apt comparison for Dobbs as his stock continues to grow to other-worldly proportions as the Vikings quarterback.

The Broncos have just learned a lesson that each team the Vikings have played during their win-streak, more specifically, the last three weeks has learned: This team plays until the final whistle blows.

Dobbs has been the perfect encapsulation of that, as the defense will cover up everything well down the field. There will be nowhere for the quarterback to throw.

Does he panic? No.

He just tucks it and uses every bit of his 6’3″, 215-pound frame to bounce off would-be tacklers until he finally crosses the first down or goal line.

This team continues to show no signs of surrender, and it emanates from the quarterback position.
