Denny Hamlin wins pole for Go Bowling at The Glen at Watkins Glen

Denny Hamlin will lead the field to the green on Sunday in the NASCAR Cup Series Go Bowling at The Glen at Watkins Glen International.

Hamlin’s fast time of 70.392 seconds beat William Byron by 0.190 seconds. Michael McDowell will start third while Ty Gibbs rounds out the second row in fourth place.

As for other drivers positioned around the playoff cut line, Bubba Wallace will start 12th, Daniel Suarez qualified 14th, and Chase Elliott will start 15th.
