Colts’ player of the game vs. Cowboys: WR Alec Pierce

Colts rookie WR Alec Piece came to play against the Cowboys.

There aren’t many words that can describe the Indinapolis Colts’ Sunday night performance against the Dallas Cowboys. Embarrassing? Frustrating? However you wish to summarize the 54-19 loss, this season is clearly over.

While the game was ugly, the future is still somewhat bright thanks to the Colts young stars like wide receiver Alec Pierce. The rookie out of Cincinnati finished the game with four catches and led the team with 86 receiving yards, a career-high as well. He also grabbed an insane touchdown in the third quarter, going up over the defender and showcasing his size and wingspan.

All Jeff Saturday’s squad can do now is head into the bye week, and figure out a plan for the rest of the season. Whoever is under center for the remaining four games must do one thing…FEED ALEC PIERCE!
