No Research Instant Analysis: I’m just assuming the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl is the national championship.

If it’s Georgia that gets by Ohio State, the things Michigan does with its running game and lines probably won’t work. If it’s Ohio State that gets a shot at redemption … uh oh.

It happened last year. Georgia couldn’t get by Alabama in the SEC Championship, the jacked up underdog was brilliant, and Bama was a 1, UGA was a 3. The 3 came through in the national championship.

Same thing. The energy will be on other side of the field, it’ll be a different dynamic, and the skill parts that weren’t all there in the first meeting will be on display this time around.

And there will still be a segment of the Ohio State fan base that wants Ryan Day fired for losing the first meeting (only partially joking).
