CB Kendall Fuller among inactives for Washington vs. Cardinals

Washington will have a distinct disadvantage in defending DeAndre Hopkins.

The Arizona Cardinals will have a distinct advantage in the passing game when they face the Washington Football Team this afternoon. They released their inactive list for the game and their top cornerback, Kendall Fuller, is among them. He misses his second game in a row with a knee injury.

Fuller was a full participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, according to Washington’s injury reports, but on Friday was downgraded to limited and was listed as questionable for the game.

Here is Washington’s list of inactives.

  • QB Alex Smith
  • CB Kendall Fuller
  • RB Bryce Love
  • LB Cole Holcomb
  • T David Sharpe
  • T Saahdiq Charles
  • WR Isaiah Wright

Holcomb was ruled out with a knee injury on the final injury report of the week.

Without Fuller, the Football Team will have a challenge defending Cardinals receivers DeAndre Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk. Hopkins, playing against one of the best corners in the game last week in Richard Sherman, caught a career-high 14 passes for 151 yards in Week 1.
