Who wins The Bachelor 2024? See who Joey Graziadei picks

This season of The Bachelor aired its grand finale on Monday night. Who did Joey pick?

Monday night brought yet another grand finale for this year’s season of The Bachelor, as this season’s lead, Joey Graziadei, proposed to his future wife.

Louisiana native Kelsey Anderson earned the final rose from Graziadei, as she accepted his proposal and became his fiancée by the end of the season.

Graziadei planned to choose between Anderson and Daisy Kent in the final episode.

However, things ended with a curveball where Kent chose to withdraw herself from the competition right at the end when she felt that Graziadei was ultimately in love with Anderson.

Graziadei and Anderson will now plan to wed, although no set timeline has been set for when the couple’s wedding will take place.

Larry David went on a relatable rant about why he doesn’t fill out a March Madness bracket

Larry David explained why he never makes brackets for March Madness.

Curb Your Enthusiasm and Seinfeld creator Larry David was a guest on The Rich Eisen Show and shared his thoughts about March Madness.

During the segment, David immediately wondered how he was supposed to follow all of the sports and didn’t understand how he was expected to know who was on all these college basketball rosters.

Exacerbated, he admitted that he knows absolutely nothing and that he might have time to watch the semifinals. But otherwise when it comes to sports, he is busy watching the Rangers in the NHL and the Knicks in the NBA.

“I can’t follow all of these teams!” he exclaimed. “How do people do it? How do they do it? Who are they married to?”

David, who said he has maybe filled out one bracket in his life and it was for an office pool, isn’t exactly an NCAA expert.

So that probably explains why he didn’t know that Long Beach State head coach Dan Monson was fired and then allowed to continue to coach during March Madness.

RELATED: Fired Long Beach State coach Dan Monson hilariously poked fun at his unusual situation in March Madness remarks

During a recent press conference, Monson said that he felt like he was basically living in the Seinfeld episode where George Costanza quit his job (based on an experience David actually had):

“In real life, I quit SNL … I quit right before the show, came back on Monday morning and pretended it never happened.”

David saw the parallels between himself, Costanza, and Monson.

RELATED: Long Beach State’s AD shamelessly said firing coach Dan Monson was actually just an inspiration ploy

But first, he wanted to confirm that Long Beach State was actually a college. He was then briefly confounded about how many people play sports.

“There are so many of them. How could there be so many athletes? How can so many people play these games? Look at all these colleges and high schools! They all have teams! Let’s go to the colleges. There are really good people playing on these teams. How could there be so many great players?”

He then challenged Eisen, a professional sports media personality, to name “any” college players.

Never change, Larry David.

Meet the cast of Top Chef Season 21 as it heads to Wisconsin

A Top Chef season in Wisconsin means that we’ll see a few challenges featuring cheese, right?

The newest season of Bravo’s Top Chef is nearly here, and it comes with a new host, some new wrinkles and rules, and of course, new contestants.

After Padma Lakshmi stepped away from her longtime role as host after Season 20, showrunners tapped former Top Chef winner Kristen Kish as her successor. Joining Kish are familiar faces, as Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons return as judges and executive producers.

Top Chef is heading to Wisconsin this season after spending its 20th in London and Paris with some of the show’s former all-stars. It’s the first time Top Chef has been set in a state – rather than a single city – since Kentucky, which got the spotlight in Season 16. Other states that have garnered the focus of Top Chef include Texas (Season 9), California (Season 13) and Colorado (Season 15).

According to Bravo’s website, quickfire and elimination challenges this season will be held in Madison and Milwaukee. The season premier is set for March 20.

There are 15 contestants this season. Let’s meet them:

  • Alisha Elenz – A private chef in Chicago, Illinois.
  • Amanda Turner – The chef de cuisine at Olamaie in Austin, Texas.
  • Charly Pierre – The head chef and owner at Fritai in New Orleans, Louisiana.
  • Dan Jacobs – Chef and co-owner at EsterEv & Dandan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
  • Danny Garcia – Executive chef at Saga Hospitality Group in Brooklyn, New York.
  • David Murphy – Chef and co-owner at Shuggie’s Trash Pie + Natural Wine in San Francisco, California.
  • Kaleena Bliss – Executive chef at Chicago Athletic Association and Cindy’s Rooftop in Chicago, Illinois.
  • Kenny Nguyen – Head chef and owner at Pretty Boy, and executive chef at the Expat in Athens, Georgia.
  • Kevin D’Andrea – Chef and owner at Foliepop’s in Austin, Texas.
  • Laura Ozyilmaz – Executive chef and owner at Dalida in San Francisco, California.
  • Manny Barella – Culinary director at Camp Pickle & Jaguar Bolera in Denver, Colorado.
  • Michelle Wallace – Chef, owner, and pitmaster at B’tween Sandwich Co. in Houston, Texas.
  • Rasika Venkatesa – A chef de cuisine based in New York City.
  • Savannah Miller – Chef de cuisine at M Tempura in Durham, North Carolina.
  • Valentine Howell Jr. – An executive chef based in Dorchester, Massachusetts.

‘The Acolyte’ trailer gives Star Wars fans a glimpse at a fresh story in an unexplored era

A Wookie is here, but otherwise, “The Acolyte” looks like a brand-new kind of Star Wars story.

The newest Star Wars show will be landing soon on Disney+.

And it looks incredibly cool and unique.

On Tuesday, fans were treated with a trailer for The Acolyte, and it seems to be delivering what it has long promised: a fresh start for fans of the franchise, and an unfamiliar story that isn’t connected to the Skywalkers or the Empire or even Lando Calrissian.

The show is set in the High Republic era of Star Wars — about 100 years or so before the events of The Phantom Menace — so, we won’t be seeing or hearing anything about Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi or Han Solo. The series is being spearheaded by writer and director Leslye Headland, whose past work includes Russian Doll and the 2015 rom-com Sleeping With Other People.

Judging by the trailer though, this story won’t be filled with comedy.

Here it is:

Disney and Lucasfilm seem to be billing the show as a crime drama of sorts. In an email sent to fans on Tuesday with a link to the trailer, the plot of the series is described as:

“An investigation into a shocking crime spree pits a respected Jedi Master against a dangerous warrior from his past. As more clues emerge, they travel down a dark path where sinister forces reveal all is not what it seems…”

The series stars the likes of Amandla Stenberg (Across the Spider-Verse), Lee Jung-jae (Squid Game), Manny Jacinto (Top Gun: Maverick), Dafne Keen (Logan), Jodie Turner-Smith (Queen & Slim), Dean-Charles Chapman (Game of Thrones), and Carrie-Anne Moss (The MatrixJessica Jones). Additionally, Joonas Suotamo — the former Penn State basketball player who took over the role of Chewbacca in The Last Jedi — seems to be back to play a Wookie.

The Acolyte is one of a few Star Wars shows expected to hit Disney+ this year. Season 3 of The Bad Batch debuted last month, and Skeleton Crew is supposed to land on the streaming service this year too.

Who was unmasked on the season 11 premiere of The Masked Singer?

This comedian and actor surprised everybody.

The new season of The Masked Singer premiered on Fox on Wednesday night, with five of the performers taking the stage. Hits by Olivia Rodrigo, Ne-Yo, Tina Turner, Madonna and Phillip Phillips were tackled by the disguised singers, with three more waiting in the wings to perform next week.

A singer known as “The Book” went last on Wednesday night, singing Ne-Yo’s “So Sick.” After the performance, the mystery star was telling host Nick Cannon and the judges — Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Robin Thicke and newcomer Rita Ora — how excited they were to be on the show when they stunned everyone.

The Book whipped off the costume unexpectedly, revealing the one and only Kevin Hart.

Good news, Star Wars fans: Disney is adding new scenes to the Star Tours ride featuring Ahsoka, The Mandalorian, and Andor

This is great news for those of you going to Disneyland and Disney World.

The Disney theme parks are an absolute haven for Star Wars fans, even more so in recent years with the addition of the Galaxy’s Edge, a massive and immersive Star Wars area added to both the California and Florida Disney parks.

But despite the billions spent on new, state-of-the-art attractions in recent years, Disney’s best Star Wars-related attraction may still be the beloved, clunky rust bucket of a flight simulator, Star Tours. Opened in 1987, the ride has been a consistent crowd pleaser since Return of the Jedi was less than five years old (!) but Disney has managed to keep it fresh by plugging in new scenes featuring characters from new Star Wars films over the years.

On Tuesday, Disney announced its latest batch of new scenes that will be added to the ride and this time it will feature the stars of the Disney+ shows that have kept the Star Wars universe going in recent years.

Beginning on April 5, the ride will include scenes featuring The Mandalorian and Grogu, as well as Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano and Diego Luna as Cassian Andor. The new additions mean the ride now offers more than 250 possible story variations, according to Disney.

You can get a glimpse of some of the footage from the Ahsoka version of the ride in this video released by Disney along with the announcement.

The new scenes will roll out April 5th, 2024 in California’s Disneyland, Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida, and Disneyland Paris.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship might be owed to Kelce’s appearance on Saturday Night Live

Did SNL bring Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce together?

Saturday Night Live might have a pretty big role in bringing Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce together, according to the guys in the comedy group Please Don’t Destroy.

While appearing on comedian Mike Birbiglia’s podcast, Ben Marshall, who works at SNL with his two Please Don’t Destroy cohorts John Higgins and Martin Herlihy, discussed the trio’s mutual link to Swift and Kelce.

Both Swift and Kelce appeared in Please Don’t Destroy sketches during recent SNL appearances, with Kelce’s coming before Swift’s.

According to Marshall, Swift told the group that she watched Kelce’s episode and thought he was funny, which makes you wonder if Swift might’ve had eyes for Kelce before the two started dating.

Marshall joked that he’d kept that anecdote under wraps in case the two ever break up and Please Don’t Destroy got caught for any of the blame.

It’s fascinating to think that this all could’ve started because Swift saw Kelce host Saturday Night Live, but people fall for each other in a variety of ways. Nailing your SNL hosting gig while a music icon watches is certainly one way it could happen.
