Wisconsin cracks the final list of programs for four-star edge rusher

He is currently ranked as the No. 155 player in the class of 2025, No. 18 edge rusher and No. 5 recruit from the state of Kanssa.

As of right now, Wisconsin has received commitments from three three-star linebackers in the class of 2025, reeling in Cooper Catalano, Brenden Anes and Samuel Lateju so far.

2025 4-star OL Connor Carty has committed to Texas A&M

2025 4-star OL Connor Carty has committed to Texas A&M, becoming the eighth commit in the Aggies 2025 recruiting class

Boom! Texas A&M has landed the eighth commit in the 2025 class, as four-star offensive lineman Connor Carty has become yet another DFW (Dallas, Forth Worth) prospect to choose the Aggies, something former head coach Jimbo Fisher failed to do during his tenure.

Now the fourth commit for HC Mike Elko this month, Carty is one of the more athletic blockers in the interior cycle. Standing at 6-4 and nearly 300 pounds, he had plenty of positional versatility at both center and guard during his high school career at Prosper HS.

It’s no surprise that after last year’s disappointing play in the trenches, Elko and new offensive line coach Adam Cushing are collectively focused on adding size and athleticism in the interior, as Carty joins recent four-star IOL Marcus Garcia and three-star IOL Joshua Moses in the cycle.

Right now, Carty isn’t quite the technician in pass protection but is borderline elite as a run blocker due to his stand-out strength and nastiness in the trenches, overwhelming defenders once he makes his way upfield.

Carty chose Texas A&M over Texas, Oregon, LSU, and Oklahoma. According to Rivals, Carty is currently positioned as the 8th-ranked interior offensive lineman in the class and the 35th-ranked prospect in Texas.

Top 2026 Florida quarterback has Notre Dame football in his top group

This would be a huge recruiting win for the Irish

With quarterback recruiting, it’s never too early to go after a top prospect and Notre Dame football is no different.

On Thursday, Florida 2026 quarterback [autotag]Noah Grubbs[/autotag] cut his list down to 10 schools, with the Irish making the cut. The 6-foot, 4-inch and 205-pound sign caller has an impressive offer list, as his top teams are among the best programs in the country.

At the current moment, Grubbs is not ranked, but that surely will change as soon as many of the recruiting services update the 2026 class. Regardless of ranking, the interest between the two parties is real and it is a realistic possibility that Notre Dame is in his recruitment until the end.

Currently, Notre Dame has just one commitment in the 2026 class, wide receiver Dylan Faison.
