It has been a busy offseason for quarterback Carson Wentz, who is trying all he can to smooth the transition with his new team in the Indianapolis Colts.
Even before the spring workouts began, Wentz was getting work in with some of his new wide receivers. He showed out during the revised spring schedule, drawing praise from nearly everyone on the roster.
Now, Wentz is getting more work in with his skill players down in Houston.

This was expected as Wentz confirmed he would be getting together with his teammates again before the team reports to training camp at the end of July.
It’s vital for Wentz to get going on a quick start with his new teammates. Following a rough 2020 season, the 28-year-old quarterback has to put it in all the work he can before the season arrives in order to get a feel for how his teammates play.
Fortunately, he’s been all over that this offseason.
Wentz’s success will come down to fixing his mechanics and trusting the offense. Regardless of how it turns out, it won’t be due to a lack of effort on his part.
