Camp Battles
With Brady under center, this Bucs offense will be built around the pass. Evans and Godwin have solidified their standing as the top two receivers on this team, but the competition for that third receiver spot is wide open. The Bucs used their fifth-round pick in April’s draft on Minnesota wide receiver Tyler Johnson, hoping he can eventually fill that spot. For now, though, it’ll be a battle between Johnson, Justin Watson and second-year receiver Scotty Miller. In the backfield, incumbent Ronald Jones seems to have his hold on the top running back spot on the depth chart, but rookie Ke’Shawn Vaughn could find significant playing time as RB2 if he can beat out Dare Ogunbowale.
