Brooklyn Nets quotes: Kevin Durant, James Harden and LaMarcus Aldridge on loss vs. Bulls

Nets head coach Steve Nash and the team were not pleased after snapping their short-lived winning streak.

Going into the fourth quarter with a two-point lead, all the Nets had to do was close out to pick up their sixth consecutive victory against the Chicago Bulls. Instead, Brooklyn put up their worst quarter of the game, scoring only 17 points and letting up 42 points in the period.

Kevin Durant scored a game-high 38 points in the contest, but only two other Nets notched double-digits in points: LaMarcus Aldridge (19 PTS) and James Harden (14 PTS). To make matters worse, Bruce Brown went 0-of-8 from the field and went scoreless for 31 minutes. Whether it was fatigue or an off-shooting night for Brooklyn, it didn’t matter because Chicago made sure to capitalize off it.

After the loss, Nets head coach Steve Nash, Durant, Harden and Aldridge reflected on what went wrong.
