Two Cincinnati Bengals players received fine letters from the NFL this week due to their actions against the Seattle Seahawks during the Week 6 win.
Per the NFL’s accountability page, defensive tackle B.J. Hill received a $10,297 fine for unnecessary roughness.
Safety Dax Hill got hit for unnecessary roughness too, albeit his fine checked in at $14,731.
No surprise on either of these for the Bengals, even if they were borderline plays at high speed during the game itself.
Two Seahawks players were fined for their actions during the game too. One was about as predictable as it gets, with Seahawks wideout DK Metcalf even taking an odd stance on his actions during interviews this week.
