Auburn Tigers Snapshot Profile: No. 72 Izavion Miller

“Too Tall” has had a great fall camp and is not surging for a starting spot.

Going into the 2023 football season, Auburn Wire will be looking at each scholarship player listed on the Tigers’ roster.

Over the preseason, each profile will cover where the player is from, how recruiting websites rated them coming out of high school, and what role they will play for [autotag]Hugh Freeze[/autotag] in his first season on the Plains.

Up next is former JUCO standout Izavion “Too Tall” Miller who has had a phenomenal fall camp. He is pushing for a starting job and could be forcing some last-minute changes to Auburn’s starting offensive line.

Depth Chart Overview

Miller has been one of the stars of fall camp and Freeze recently said that they “couldn’t keep him off the field.” This caused Miller to slide into the starting lineup and move presumed starter [autotag]Gunner Britton[/autotag] to left guard.

With less than two weeks until the start of the season, it will be interesting to see how this battle plays out and if it carries into the season. Even if Miller doesn’t win the job, if the offensive line struggles they could end up inserting him at right tackle allowing them to slide Britton to another spot if needed.
