Already hobbled Daniel Jones now has left ankle sprain

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones could barely move during a Week 14 game against the Cardinals as the result of a right hamstring injury, but that wasn’t his only issue.
During the course of taking nine QB hits and absorbing six sacks, Jones also suffered a sprained left ankle, leaving him with two bum wheels and no spare to rely on.
“We’re evaluating both equally. I wouldn’t say one is more of a concern than the other,” head coach Joe Judge told reporters on Wednesday, simply referring to the ankle sprain as a “lower leg” injury.
If Jones cannot go on Sunday night against Cleveland, expect veteran Colt McCoy — who started in Big Blue’s upset win at Seattle — to be under-center for the Giants
