Unlike previous years, there will not be an open season of politicking at the NFL scouting combine, when agents and front office personnel work the preliminary-interest discussions to the bone. The combine is cancelled and it impacts more than just the draft process. Still, teams will find a way to gauge mutual interest and the Cowboys will be one of those clubs, rest assured.
