Alabama has dropped two straight road games and three of its last four away from home. The SEC’s second-highest scoring team with 81.4 points per game was undone by significant rebounding deficits Jan. 15 at Mississippi State and Jan. 8 at Missouri.
The Crimson Tide shot 47.9% over their first 10 games this season but have shot just 41.3% in their last nine games while going 5-4 across that span.
The Bulldogs tote an eight-game losing skid into this contest. Georgia has struggled defensively allowing a 50.3% mark from the floor and 82.9 PPG over that stretch. The Dawgs are 1-5 against the spread across their last six games on home hardwood.

Against the spread
Alabama is 1-9-1 ATS in its last 11 games overall.
The Tide has a big stretch of games upcoming. They face No. 4 Baylor at home, No. 2 Auburn on the road, and No. 13 Kentucky at home after Tuesday’s game in Athens. Perhaps UA looks ahead a bit too much and lets this one stay closer than it should.
Georgia can get to the foul line enough to keep the deficit closer to 11 or 12 points. BACK THE BULLDOGS +14.5 (-110).
Over/Under
