The Denver Broncos (5-4) were given a reality check in a 41-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens (6-3) on Sunday afternoon. Here’s a sampling of how Twitter/X reacted to the Week 9 loss.
The #Broncos' feel-good stretch came to a screeching halt. The Ravens polished off a 41-10 win and Lamar Jackson finished with a perfect passer rating.
Denver is 5-4. Next up: at Kansas City

#Broncos throttled, humbled in 41-10 loss to Ravens. They stepped up in weight class and found out that they have plenty of work to do.

Don't wanna see any blaming of the refs for this one in #BroncosCountry. That's loser talk. This is a fundamental butt-kicking. Take it, learn from it and get better for the long haul.

Losing 70-whatever was the best thing that happened to Denver last year. So there's hope.

Today's game is a reminder for Broncos fans that the team is still in a rebuilding year.
Doesn't mean there aren't things you can build upon, but does mean you aren't guaranteed playoffs by just trading for a playmaker at midseason.

This game sucks, but 5-4 is still a wayyyyyy better than expected start for the Broncos
They weren’t supposed to win 6 games period, let alone 6 of the first 9
It’s all ok. Sucks this game is so one-sided, but DEN is still comfortably ahead of schedule

I think fans need to remember just how much dead cap we have. Sean is producing a winning record with a talent lacking roster. This season should strictly be about Bo showing he’s the guy. Anything past that is just icing on the cake.

Again, people, we're all Broncos fans and want wins… but the moment you realize this season is about seeing growth from Nix. The better you'll feel.

If this was a measuring stick game, what did we learn about Broncos?
Saw good things from Bo Nix but he’s not ready to out duel an MVP.
Defense is still good but needs to clean things up.
Overall, a good reminder that things in the NFL are never as good or as bad as they seem

You had to hold out hope for this game because, fans, but this was one we all had Sharpied in as a loss when the schedule came out. I still like this Broncos team this year and hopefully a better showing next week in KC.

Things aren’t about to get any easier for Denver. Up next is a road game against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 10, followed by a home game against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 11.
