Browns get great news on their injured star pass rusher

I think I just heard a collective sigh of relief.

The Cleveland Browns have seen their star pass rusher Myles Garrett hobbling off the field for consecutive weeks now. He has stated that he has issues with both of his feet, but that he intends to play through the pain, but was one of several Browns players to get an MRI on the Monday after an abysmal loss to the New York Giants.

And while the MRI did not come back so clean for teammate and offensive guard Wyatt Teller, Garrett did get a clean bill of health back from his results according to NFL Network’s Ian Rappoport. This means that we can expect Garrett to continue to play through the pain for as long as the Browns are competitive and in the hunt (things need to shape up quickly!).

Despite the pain that hampered Garrett on the day, he finished with an astonishing nine pressures and three hits on Giants’ quarterback Daniel Jones. As he sets his sights on the Las Vegas Raiders and Gardner Minshew, we have no reason but to expect more of the same.
