While the college football landscape with realignment, plus the College Football Playoff expansion, will make the sport look and feel a bit different this season, ESPN’s College GameDay has been updated too.
Former Alabama football coach and legend Nick Saban made his official debut on College GameDay in Week 0 from Dublin, where the college football staple broadcasted its first international show. Unsurprisingly, Saban was fantastic and even made some season-long picks and predictions.
Saban should continue to be a fun and enlightening addition as he joins the rest of the GameDay crew, which remains unchanged from the 2023 college football season.
Rece Davis will host and will be joined by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and, of course, the one and only Lee Corso, who wasn’t part of the Dublin broadcast but is expected to return to the show for stateside broadcasts.
In addition to the core group, Pete Thamel, Jen Lada, ‘Stanford Steve’ Coughlin and Jess Sims are all returning to College GameDay.
