Kickoff is slated for 12:45 p.m. EDT at Neyland Stadium. SEC Network will televise the contest.
Saturday will mark the seventh time the Vols are slated to play on Aug. 31. Tennessee is 5-1 in previous games played on this date.
Tennessee first played on Aug. 31 in 1996 when head coach Phillip Fulmer’s Vols defeated UNLV, 62-3, at Neylamd Stadium.
Tennessee last played on this date in 2019 when it lost to Georgia State, 38-30.
