FAU coach Tom Herman praises MSU QB Aidan Chiles despite poor performance

MSU starting QB Aidan Chiles received high praise from opposing head coach despite poor performance vs. FAU

It wasn’t a great night for new Michigan State starting quarterback Aidan Chiles, but he still earned the praise from the opposing head coach.

Florida Atlantic head coach Tom Herman shared positive remarks about Chiles following the Spartans’ narrow 16-10 victory over the Owls. According to Kenny Jordan of On3, Herman stated Chiles is “special” and he was really impressed by his play.

Chiles finished his first career start completing only 10 of 24 pass attempts for 114 yards and two interceptions. He did run for one of the Spartans’ two touchdowns on the night.
