[autotag]DGM Racing[/autotag] entered the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series season looking to improve upon a quiet 2022; however, quiet was not one way to put this year. Josh Williams, the driver of the No. 92 car, was suspended one race for parking his damaged car on the race track and walking away from it. That moment was one of the biggest highlights of the year in NASCAR.
In fact, Williams got sponsorship out of the situation and ran fairly decent. The driver of the No. 92 car earned three top-10 finishes, while the other seven drivers who drove for DGM Racing part-time earned a total of two top-10 finishes. Needless to say, it was an average season for the race team that put them into the mainstream media.

Williams won’t return to DGM Racing in 2024 as he heads off to Kaulig Racing, but another driver is set to join the team. Kyle Weatherman will drive the organization’s No. 91 Xfinity car full-time next year. Weatherman is an underrated driver who can lead DGM Racing into a better situation. One where it could be mainstream because of its performances.
