Currently with a record of 8-5, the Cleveland Browns got some help from the Indianapolis Colts and the Detroit Lions yesterday in their quest for a wildcard spot. However, quarterback Joe Flacco, tight end David Njoku, and the Browns can help their own odds rise even higher by defeating the Chicago Bears today and advancing to 9-5 on the season in this Week 15 matchup.
Dealing with a multitude of injuries this week, the Browns signed safety Duron Harmon from the practice squad and made two practice squad gameday elevations. Safety Tanner McCalister and linebacker Charlie Thomas III will dress with the active roster today. This brings their gameday roster to 55 players before inactives will be announced at 11:30 AM EST.
Look for rookie defensive tackle Siaki Ika to make his NFL debut today as well with defensive tackle Maurice Hurst hitting Injured Reserve, and Jordan Elliott entering the game as questionable after just clearing the concussion protocol. Defensive end Isaiah McGuire will get his second sniff of action with Ogbo Okoronkwo out in this game as well.
Here is Cleveland’s 55-man gameday roster, led by Joe Flacco and David Njoku, as they look for their ninth win against the Bears today.
