Josh Dobbs is NFC Offensive Player of the Week in 1st game following trade from Cardinals

Dobbs, traded from the Cardinals last week, led the Vikings to a win and was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

The Arizona Cardinals traded quarterback Josh Dobbs to the Minnesota Vikings last week. He made an impact immediately and earned NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors for Week 9.

Dobbs led the Vikings to a 31-28 come-from-behind win over the Atlanta Falcons after replacing rookie Jaren Hall, who suffered a concussion. Dobbs threw two touchdown passes, converted a two-point pass after a touchdown and rushed for a score.

He earned player of the week honors for the first time in his career.
