While the Oregon Ducks proved over the last weekend that they are indeed playing as well as any team in the nation, a handful of players on both the offense and defense showed that they are truly coming into their own as the season goes on.
Whether it’s Evan Williams and Tysheem Johnson continuing to shine in the secondary, or Jeffrey Bassa and Jestin Jacobs holding it down in the middle of the field, Oregon’s defense looked as good as it has all season in a blowout win over the Utah Utes.
Likewise, Bo Nix had one of the most complete games of the season on offense, while Bucky Irving, Jordan James, Troy Franklin, and Traeshon Holden all stood out at their respective positions as well.
