Should the Boston Celtics try to trade Malcolm Brogdon for Buddy Hield?

Does it make sense to trade the NBA’s 2023 Sixth Man of the Year, and would Hield make sense as a return for Brogdon?

Indiana Pacers sharpshooting guard Buddy Hield recently became available after reports surfaced that Boston Celtics reserve guard Malcolm Brogdon became angry with the Celtics following his elbow injury and near trade to the Los Angeles Clippers this offseason per ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne and the Boston Globe’s Gary Washurn, respectively.

Does it make sense to trade the NBA’s 2023 Sixth Man of the Year, and would Hield make sense as a return for Brogdon? The Virginia alum’s history with the Pacers could prove to be a complicating factor for any deal for Hield given he was dealt to Boston for a pittance as a preferred destination.
