Slowly, it’s starting to sound like Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is heading in the right direction.
Wednesday, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo revealed that Burrow “has been feeling better than last two days than he was on Sunday.”
It’s not a big deal per se — but it is something.
Whether the Bengals should shut down Burrow has been a worthwhile debate in the wake of his coming up limping at the end of the loss to the Baltimore Ravens, especially due to the fickle nature of calf injuries.
This might be all that Bengals fans get about Burrow on Wednesday, with the team’s first practice and injury report not until Thursday since they play next Monday.
Indications are Joe Burrow has been feeling better the last two days than he was on Sunday. As @RapSheet notes, no injury report today because the #Bengals play on Monday. The extra day will surely help. https://t.co/royp7NCKmo
