The problem with henchmen is that as long as the master villain is still around, they keep coming after you. Zoey Stark would probably object (painfully, for us) to us labeling her that way, but there’s no denying that she acts at the behest of Trish Stratus for now, which has been bad for Becky Lynch. Yet tonight’s WWE Raw in Memphis could give The Man a chance to get Stark off her back in a meaningful way.
That’s because Lynch and Stark will tangle in a Falls Count Anywhere match at the FedExForum (yes, we think it’s weird that’s all one word too). It’s just days before Becky and Trish will step into a steel cage at Payback, so if Lynch wins tonight and does plenty of damage to Stark, maybe it will keep Zoey from the inevitable run-in she’d do in Pittsburgh. Maybe.
Speaking of people who are dealing with henchmen, that applies to Chad Gable too. The Master of Alpha Academy defeated Gunther, but the count-out victory meant the Ring General retained his Intercontinental Championship. Still, the embarrassment Gunther suffered meant he wants his cronies to do his dirty work for him, which means Ludwig Kaiser is on tap to try to stop Gable on Raw.

- Tommaso Ciampa continues his ongoing issue with Bronson Reed as the two men square off again
- The Viking Raiders try to get some revenge on The New Day for their defeat at that team’s hands a few weeks ago
