With the 31st pick in the 2023 NFL draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Kansas State edge rusher Felix Anudike-Uzomah
Despite some attempts to trade up in the first round of the draft, the Chiefs stand pat at pick No. 31 and they came away with a Kansas City local. The 6-foot-3 and 252-pound edge rusher is coming off of an impressive two-year stretch with the Wildcats, recording 25.5 tackles for loss and 19.5 sacks in that span.
Anudike-Uzomah played high school ball at Lee’s Summit High School in Missouri, so it’s only fitting that he winds up with the Chiefs as they host the draft in Kansas City.
