During halftime of Wisconsin’s Wednesday night win over Iowa, the Badgers honored first ballot hall of famer Joe Thomas.
It’s always good to see the Wisconsin legend back in Madison. Thomas spent 2003-06 as a Badger, earning First-team All-Big Ten honors in 2005 and 2006. He went on to star as an offensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns, where he was a six-time First-team All-Pro selection, a ten-time Pro Bowl selection, and eventually a hall of fame selection.
Thomas retired from the NFL following the 2017 season. He spent his entire eleven-year career with the Browns. Here is a look at Wisconsin honoring the Badger legend:
