Just days after the firing of head coach Matt Rhule, the biggest name on the Carolina Panthers’ roster is generating trade interest throughout the rest of the NFL.
Running back Christian McCaffrey has drawn potential trade calls from other teams, per multiple reports.
The Panthers’ do-it-all offensive weapon would obviously be a huge addition to any potential suitor, which is the biggest reason why he’s unlikely to be moved. Carolina would have to be bowled over with a massive offer in order to move on from their star player, especially as they try to attract head-coaching candidates this offseason.
If the Panthers do send McCaffrey elsewhere, Bucs fans certainly won’t miss him twice a year.
