For the first time since Halloween, the Los Angeles Rams have found themselves back in the win column. After three consecutive losses, they snapped out of their funk with a 30-point win over the Jaguars on Sunday, cruising at home, 37-7.
It’s hard to put much value in a win over the lowly Jaguars, but the Rams crushed a team they were expected to blow out, which is a good sign. They also did it with more play action, a wider variety of personnel packages and a strong defensive effort from the front seven, as well as the secondary.
Sony Michel was the feature back in place of Darrell Henderson Jr., providing a spark on offense alongside Cooper Kupp, Van Jefferson and Odell Beckham Jr., all of whom scored a touchdown in the win.
