Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase might just be uncoverable.
The fifth-overall pick spent most of Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens making defenders look foolish. He was creating major separation, racking up big yards-after-catch numbers and just generally doing what he does on his record-setting pace.
Then he broke free in the third quarter.
Chase grabbed a catch over the middle, broke a few tackles and went 82 yards to the house to extend Cincinnati’s lead. That put him at a silly seven catches for 174 yards and a touchdown — before the fourth quarter.
