After finding out they’re playing the Los Angeles Lakers for the first game of the 2021-22 season, the next box to check was the home opener at San Francisco’s Chase Center.
With the league announcing a limited number of games for the 2021-22 schedule, the Warriors’ opponent for their first home game was revealed.
On Thursday, Oct. 22, the Warriors will welcome the Los Angeles Clippers to the Bay Area. The contest is set to tip-off at 7 p.m. PT.

In three games against the Clippers in the 2020-21 campaign, the Warriors earned one victory in the season series on Jan. 8, 115-105.
Along with the contest against the Clippers, the Warriors will meet the Los Angeles Lakers in Hollywood to start the season on Oct. 19 and the Phoenix Suns on Christmas day.
