Eastern Conference Round 2, Game 3: Bucks at Nets (2-0):

After the Nets opened the series with back-to-back wins to take a dominant 2-0 lead, the Bucks were faced with a must-win in Milwaukee for game three.

Through the first half, game three was different in comparison to the opening pair of contests between the Bucks and Nets. Milwaukee limited Brooklyn’s Kevin Durant to only seven points on 2-of-10 shooting from the floor. Despite Durant’s quiet shooting in the first half. Milwaukee managed only to take a three-point lead into halftime.

In the second half, Durant looked heated up, tallying 23 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the floor to notch a team-high 30 point performance on 11-of-28 shooting from the field. The former Golden State Warriors wing added 11 boards, five assists and four steals in 42 minutes for the Nets. However, it wasn’t enough against Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton.
