The Carolina Panthers used the first of what may eventually be several hundred Day 3 picks on a running back.
Alaina Getzenberg of the Charlotte Observer had the pick first. They’re taking Oklahoma State’s Chuba Hubbard at No. 126 overall.
Panthers are really making a pick here, taking RB Chuba Hubbard from Oklahoma State.

During his time in college, Hubbard (six-foot, 208 pounds) was productive as a rusher and a receiver. In just 33 games, he totaled almost 4,000 yards and 36 touchdowns from scrimmage. Hubbard also has experience as a kick returner, posting 552 yards on 25 attempts.
Hubbard projects to be the replacement for Mike Davis as the Panthers’ RB2 behind All-Pro starter Christian McCaffrey.
