The 49ers made their first trade of the 2021 NFL draft when they sent the No. 43 overall selection to the Las Vegas Raiders in exchange for second and fourth-round picks.

Don’t be surprised if the 49ers eventually start climbing the board with their plethora of Day 3 choices. They don’t pick until late in Round 3, so a jump up in the third round would make a ton of sense.
