Wisconsin basketball is now locked in to their Big Ten tournament seed

The Badgers are locked in as the No. 6 seed

It came down to the final weekend of Big Ten play, but after Rutgers pulled off a 77-70 OT win at Minnesota, Wisconsin basketball now has their seed for the 2021 Big Ten Tournament.

The Badgers are locked in as the No. 6 seed regardless of what happens tomorrow when Wisconsin visits Iowa to close out the regular season. At 10-9 on the year in Big Ten play, the Badgers will open with the winner of the 14 seed vs 11 seed game in Indianapolis. Wisconsin’s first matchup is set for 8 P.M. CT on Thursday, and if the Badgers win they would advance to Friday.
