The Golden State Warriors (16-15) visit the New York Knicks (15-16) Tuesday at Madison Square Garden for a 7:30 p.m. ET game. Below, we analyze the Warriors-Knicks odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.
Golden State has been undersized and undermanned over the past couple of weeks but is hoping to get back one, if not two bigs. Despite losing their first two of a four-game road trip, the Warriors have kept their heads above water recently and are 4-3 in their past seven games.
The Knicks have been playing well under first-year head coach Tom Thibodeau and have won four of their last five entering Tuesday. New York’s defense has been stifling lately and has held opponents under 100 points in five of the last eight games.
The Warriors lost to the Knicks 119-104 in their first meeting this season, but that game was butchered by poor officiating, which included Draymond Green getting thrown out by a referee error for his second technical foul.

Warriors at Knicks: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Knicks 112, Warriors 106
Money line (ML)
New York has played much better against top-10 defensively efficient teams, which the Knicks and Warriors both are. According to CleaningTheGlass.com, the Knicks are 5-4 in games with a plus-11.8-point spread differential in games against top-10 defenses, and the Warriors are 4-6 but are ranked only 26th in offensive efficiency.

Against the spread (ATS)
STICK WITH THE MONEY LINE unless it gets up to Knicks +2.5, but there are plenty of situational trends to further highlight why this is a good spot for New York.
Golden State has struggled with Eastern Conference opponents (5-10 ATS with a minus-3.8-point spread differential) and has covered in only 36.7% of its road games this season.
Over/Under (O/U)
No one is that surprised New York has the lowest scoring defense and offense because of coach Thibs’ style, but the Warriors are much more efficient on defense than offense so far this season.
In fact, New York has gone under in an NBA-high 67.7% of its games, but Golden State is 5th in defensive rating, 4th in defensive effective field goal shooting and is 14-17 O/U itself.
BET OVER 215.5 (-110) for a half-unit.
