With both teams on the second night of a back-to-back, a game of big swings played out. Milwaukee jumped out to a 10-0 lead before Charlotte responded by pulling ahead by 20 in the second quarter.

The Bucks clawed back into the game in the third quarter on the back of Giannis Antetokounmpo, even taking a lead late in the third. After a back-and-fourth fourth quarter, Ball took over late as the Hornets won going away.

Ball and Hayward each finished with 27 points while Malik Monk had 18 points off the bench.
