The Cincinnati Bengals will send four coaches to the 2021 East-West Shrine Bowl event.
The college football all-star game will give coaches from around the league a chance to participate in the East-West Shrine Bowl Professional Development Opportunity:
- Troy Walters
- Jordan Kovacs
- Ben Martin
- Brad Kragthorpe
The announcement comes on the heels of the Bengals apparently passing on the chance to coach the Senior Bowl for the second straight year — though at this point it seems like plenty of coaching staffs took a pass on that event.
Walters, notably, was just promoted to wide receivers coach as the staff under Zac Taylor undergoes some changes. This event is another chance for the staff to get some experience while building out a resume.
