The LSU Tigers have the makings of a pretty special recruiting class for 2021. One big reason for that is four-star running back Corey Kiner.

The 5-foot-10, 205-pound Kiner has his 9-0 Roger Bacon High School Spartans (Cincinnati) playing in Ohio’s Region 20 final this weekend against Springfield Shawnee.

In last week’s win over Versailles, Kiner dominated. He carried the football 21 times for 211 yards and two touchdowns.

This week, Kiner received some individual honors for his terrific season as he was named Miami Valley Conference offensive player of the year.

In all nine of Roger Bacon’s games this fall, Kiner has scored at least two touchdowns in every game. He has missed a lot of time due to many of the team’s games being out of hand.

Kiner committed to the Tigers back in May over offers from schools such as Ohio State and Florida.

LSU has the No. 4 recruiting class in 2021, according to 247Sports.
