Ravens highlights: Patrick Queen recovers Marlon Humphrey forced-fumble for a TD

Baltimore Ravens rookie linebacker Patrick Queen made the most of cornerback Marlon Humphrey’s effort, scooping a fumble and scoring.

In a game that left some pundits scratching their heads and questioning both the offensive play-calling and quarterback Lamar Jackson’s decision making, the Baltimore Ravens’ defense came up with a masterpiece. With Baltimore’s offense struggling in the second half against the Cincinnati Bengals, it was the defense that found the end zone.

Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey continued to show he’s one of the best in the game, using his patented “punch” to force the ball out of the hands of Bengals receiver Mike Thomas. Rookie linebacker Patrick Queen did the rest, scooping up the loose ball and running straight ahead for the touchdown.

While Baltimore’s defense may have been questioned a few weeks ago against the Kansas City Chiefs, the Ravens proved this week that they are still among the league’s elite. Baltimore got the best of rookie quarterback Joe Burrow in this game, battering him all game long. In addition to the seven sacks and 15 quarterback hits they had on Burrow, the Ravens’ defense forced an interception and two fumbles, including this one that was returned for a touchdown.

Apparently, unless Baltimore’s opponent has someone named Patrick Mahomes under center, it’s the Ravens’ defense that should give everyone should be focused on this season.
