The long-awaited debut of rookie Terrell Lewis could be just around the corner. The Los Angeles Rams are activating Lewis off the reserve/non-football injury list and will add him to the 53-man roster on Saturday.
Sean McVay shared the news on Friday afternoon, which is sure to get Rams fans excited.
He’s eligible to play on Sunday against Washington, which would be his first NFL game after being drafted in the third round this year. Lewis was placed on the NFI list shortly after the season began with a knee injury.

Lewis was selected 87th overall in the 2020 draft out of Alabama. He endured an injury-plagued three years with the Crimson Tide, missing significant time with elbow and knee issues.
The Rams could use some help at outside linebacker with their edge rushers struggling a bit, and Lewis may be the spark that position group needs.
