As the Philadelphia Eagles continue to evaluate options to replace Andre Dillard at left tackle, it appears Jason Peters will remain at right guard in place of Brandon Brooks.
Over the weekend Jeff McLane of The Inquirer reported that Peters wouldn’t return to left tackle unless he was paid like a left tackle.
On Tuesday head coach Doug Pederson stated that he was “unaware” of where that report came from and told the media that Peters was “comfortable” at right guard while confirming the Eagles would still evaluate candidates at left tackle.
Doug Pederson said Jason Peters has been comfortable at RG. Asked if Jason Peters would play LT if asked, Pederson said that would be a "private conversation."
Pederson said Matt Pryor and Jordan Mailata will get work at LT today in practice.

Peters signed a one-year, $3 million incentive-based deal to return to the Eagles, but that was to replace Brandon Brooks after he tore his Achilles. Matt Pryor struggled at left tackle over the weekend, but Doug Pederson indicated that he would take reps with the first team on Tuesday along with Jordan Mailata and Jack Driscoll.
