Emmanuel Sanders helping mentor Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy

Saints wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders has been working with Broncos rookie Jerry Jeudy.

Emmanuel Sanders no longer plays for the Broncos but he’s still helping Denver’s wide receiver room.

In a video posted on Jerry Jeudy’s Twitter page last week, Sanders is shown coaching up and running routes with the Broncos’ rookie receiver.

“I’m looking forward to seeing y’all boys, y’all should be dangerous,” Sanders says in part of the video. “In [Drew Lock’s] second year, if he do what he did last year, it’s gonna be special.”

Jeudy, Denver’s first-round pick in this year’s draft, will wear jersey No. 10, which was previously worn by Sanders when he played for the Broncos.

Sanders spent the first four years of his career with the Steelers before signing with Denver in 2012. He spent four and a half seasons with the Broncos and helped the team win Super Bowl 50 in 2015.

Sanders was traded to the 49ers last fall and helped San Francisco reach the Super Bowl. The 33-year-old WR signed with the Saints this offseason and will play against Jeudy in Denver on Nov. 12 (view the full schedule).
