Five-star prospect, and the top player in the Class of 2020, Jonathan Kuminga will reportedly not make a recruitment decision on Monday, according to Evan Daniels of 247Sports.

A report surfaced last week stating Kuminga would make a decision on his future on Monday but, according to Daniels, that will no longer be the case. Joel Ntambwe, the brother of Kuminga, told Daniels that Kuminga has not made a definitive decision on his future.

“We are still trying to go through everything,” Ntambwe told Daniels. “We really don’t know and haven’t really made up our mind.”

Kuminga, previously of the Class of 2021, graduated from high school early this month and reclassified to enroll in college this summer. He announced last month his top-five recruitment choices with Texas Tech, Duke, Kentucky, Auburn and the NBA G League making the final cut.

According to the previous report, Kuminga was set to decide between Texas Tech and the NBA G League but that will be put on hold until a later date. In addition to the NBA G League, he is also said to be considering playing professionally in the National Basketball League in Australia.

Kuminga is projected to be a first-round pick in the 2021 NBA Draft.
