The suspension eliminates unofficial visits at least through April 15.
This news comes a day after the SEC made an announcement that they were suspending off-campus and on-campus recruiting.
SEC commissioner Greg Sankey had this to say:
“We did have conversations about recruiting I referenced, and have stopped off-campus and on-campus recruiting for a period of time that could be extended. I’ve identified I think the NCAA needs to fully engage on that, that issue as well. The practice issue may be for them nationally, I think we had some conversations I don’t know that we came to a destination. And so that means it’s still on that.”
When more information is released regarding this suspension, and whether or not it will be lifted on April 15th, Roll Tide Wire will be the first to let you know.
