Tennessee joins South Carolina, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Louisville, Georgia Tech, Virginia and Arkansas on the list.
Tatum is rated the No. 26 outside linebacker in the country on the 247Sports Composite. At 6-foot-2, 280-pounds, Tatum is the No. 27 player in the state of Georgia for his class.
Tennessee currently has just seven players committed to the 2021 recruiting class, with no linebackers on the list.
Tatum’s primary recruiter for Tennessee was former defensive line coach Tracy Rocker, who departed for South Carolina in the offseason. It is unclear who has taken over the recruitment of the Mount Zion High School product.
